Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Licence

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

• If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

• If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

• Air-conditioning, Refrigeration & Electrical to be listed

• Must be a Contractor Licence

• Must be issued by State Government Authority

• Duration as per licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue Date = As per licence (if not displayed please leave blank

• Expiry = As per licence

Asbestos Removal Licence

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

• If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

• For asbestos removal:

• Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) is to be uploaded

• For asbestos inspections: An asbestos assessor licence is to be uploaded

• Must be issued by Work Cover

• Duration as per licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Work cover Logo must be present

• This is required if the contracting company directly completes asbestos removal work and this work is not wholly subcontracted out to another contracting company.

Building Licence

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

• Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

• If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

• 'Building' to be listed

• Must be issued by State Government body and logo to be displayed

• Must be a Contractor Licence (or registration in VIC)

• Duration as per licence

• Black & white or colour is acceptable

Dangerous Goods Transport Licence

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

• Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

• If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

• 'Dangerous Goods' to be listed

• Must be issued by State Government body and logo to be displayed

• Duration as per licence

• Black & white or colour is acceptable

Demolition

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

• Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Electrical

For licences issued in NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC, NT & ACT:

• If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

For licences issued in WA:

• Licence will always be in an individual’s name.

• 'Electrical' to be listed

• Must be issued by State Government body and logo to be displayed

• Must be a Contractor Licence

Fire Safety

 For licences issued in VIC or NT:

Plumbing and Gasfitting
