Certificate.Certificate IV.Civil Supervision (RII40712)

  • Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Please note the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)** must meet the following requirements to be approved:

    • The worker’s name and completion date must be present and correct on the certificate for it to be accepted as proof of competency

    • Units of competency code and name, date completed

    • Date certificate issued

    • Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo (For a Statement of Attainment only - Not Card)

**RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document

  • Issue date - Completion date / Training Date - if listed on certificate (this date is always used when displayed)

  • No Expiry 

 

Engineering.Bachelor Degree.Bachelor of Engineering

  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation
    Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)

  • Evidence must be issued by an Australian Based Recognised Training Institution

  • Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Course title and associated level to be listed on certificate to match the nominated coding and title within Onsite

  • Document / Certificate / Number

NOTE: Workers must upload an actual degree issued by a university or college demonstrating exactly which course has been completed

NOTE: Higher level qualifications can be used to satisfy lower-level competency requirements EG Master's Degree evidence can be accepted for bachelor's degree competency.

NOTE: If the evidence has been issued outside of Australia, there may be additional checks required to ensure the qualification aligns appropriately to Australian standards. Please refer to http://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au for skills assessment and assessing authorities.

  • Example: For overseas / internationally issued engineering qualifications to be accepted additional evidence must be supplied to demonstrate either:

    • The documentation has been assessed by a signatory and recognised under the Washington Accord OR;

    • Letter from the Australian Institute of Engineers or Engineers Australia recognizing your qualification

  • Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • TAE40116 Training and Assessing Qualification (or subsequent) as recognized by the Australian Qualifications Framework

  • Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logo

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Issue date to be recorded
