Qualification.Course.IRATA Level 3

• Applicants name to be shown on document

• Certificate or Licence/Card acceptable

• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo

• The following forms of evidence can be accepted:

  • An IRATA issued certificate

  • Certificate in Competence card

  • IRATA Rope Access Technician Verified Certification Report

• Documentation must show level 3 accreditation or higher

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion

• Expiry date to be entered as indicated on the evidence, or 3 years from the issue date if no expiry date is provided
