Generic.Licence.Photo Identification

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite

• Valid Proof of Age OR Photo Card to be uploaded

• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority

• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Must be clear and legible

• A digital copy is accepted providing the following information is displayed:

  • Clear photo of the applicant

  • Applicants first and last name

  • Date of Birth

  • Card Number

  • Expiry date

For Proof of Age Card: No expiry date is shown on the evidence therefore no expiry can be input to the system

For Photo Card: Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on card

Identity.-.Government Issued ID Card

• Must be a government issued ID card (18 plus card, passport)

• Front & back of card to be uploaded

• Name on the evidence to match the person registered

• Must be legible

• Issue date to be recorded (if shown on the evidence)

• Expiry date to be recorded (if shown on the evidence)

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Passport

• Must be a government issued passport

• Name on the passport to match the person registered

• Must be current

• Must be legible

• Issue date to be recorded

• Expiry date to be recorded

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• Valid Proof of Age card OR Photo Card to be uploaded

• Must be issued by relevant Australian state Government Authority

• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• A digital copy is accepted providing the following information is displayed:
