NCIG Business Rules | Statement of Competency

• The SOC is to be signed by a company representative that can verify the information provided on the SOC is accurate

• Role listed on SOC form must be identical to the chosen role in Onsite

• Inexperienced worker process to be followed if the worker has less than 12-months experience in a high-risk industry and in conducting their high-risk work. NCIG are required to approve all contractors with less than 12 months experience

• Must be in PDF format - Word format not acceptable

• SOC must have been completed within 3 months of submission

• Must be on the template which is shown in the example document field - company letterhead not accepted
