• First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite

Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:
"Chris" instead of "Christopher"
"Wil" instead of "William"

Shortened versions of last names are accepted, such as:
"Herrera" instead of "Herrera Trujillo"
"Mohd" instead of "Raza Hasan Mohd"

• The following evidence can be accepted:

  • Statement of attainment (certificate, card or transcript) issued by an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) showing completion of RIIMPO320 (A – F) or any earlier / superseded version of this training that is mapped to this unit through Training.gov.au website

  • VOC or Assessment conducted by an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) showing class ‘LE’ / Excavator operations

  • Valid / In Date Workcover licence showing class ‘LE’

• The following evidence cannot be accepted:

  • Training evidence conducted internally by the workers own supplier / contracting company that is not an RTO

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date = The course completion date will be recorded in the system

• Expiry date = Not required unless a VOC / card showing an expiration date has been provided. In this case, the expiration date must be recorded in the system

• The following evidence cannot be accepted:

  • Training evidence conducted internally by the workers own supplier / contracting company that is not an RTO

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date = The course completion date will be recorded in the system

• Expiry date = Not required unless a VOC / card showing an expiration date has been provided. In this case, the expiration date must be recorded in the system
