Air Conditioning Licence

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

  • Airconditioning and Refrigeration to be listed

  • Must be a Contractor Licence

  • Must be issued by NSW Fair trading, NSW government logo must be present

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Refrigerant Handling Licence listing Automotive Air Conditioning Licence issued by ARC can be approved

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

  • Expiry Date = as shown on Certification

 

Asbestos Removal Licence

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

  • Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed

  • Must be issued by NSW Workcover

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • NSW Workcover logo must be present

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

  • Expiry Date = as shown on Certification

 

Licence.Work Activity.Electrical

Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system

  • Electrical to be listed

  • Must be a Contractor Licence

  • Screenshots from websites not acceptable

  • Must be issued by NSW Fair trading

  • NSW government fair trading logo must be present

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

  • Expiry Date = as shown on Certification

  • Must be a Contractor Licence

  • Screenshots from websites not acceptable

  • Must be issued by NSW Fair trading

  • NSW government fair trading logo must be present

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

  • Expiry Date = as shown on Certification

  • EPA to be listed

  • Must be issued by NSW Workcover

  • Duration as per licence

  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

  • Expiry Date = as shown on Certification

If no expiry date listed - 5 years from Anniversary date
