• The training documentation uploaded should be dated within the past 12 months

• Evidence must state completion of Assured Equipment Grounding or Equipment Grounding

• Training documentation can be in the form of:
  - Certificate
  - Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk
  - Refresher Training

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = 1 year

Electrical.Awareness.Electrical Awareness (Unqualified)

• Applicants name to be shown on supplied evidence and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• The training documentation uploaded should be dated within the past 12 months

• Evidence must state completion of Electrical Awareness or Electrical Hazards

• Training documentation can be in the form of:
  - Certificate
  - Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk
  - Refresher Training

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = 1 year

Electrical.Qualified.Electrical Safety (Qualified)

• Evidence must state completion of Electrical Safety

• Training documentation can be in the form of:

  - Trade License
