• The training documentation uploaded should be dated within the past 12 months

• Evidence must state completion of Hot Work Permit Training

• Training documentation can be in the form of:
  - Certificate
  - Safety Meeting/Toolbox Talk
  - Refresher Training

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = 1 year
