Air conditioning & refrigeration licence

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered
If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered
If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered

• Airconditioning and Refrigeration to be listed

• Must be a Contractor Licence

• Must be issued by Fair trading OR ARC in the relevant state and the states government logo must be present

• Arc Tick Licences Accepted

• Duration as per licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• All State equivalent licences will be accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

Asbestos removal licence

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered
If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match the Partnership registered
If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered
- Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed
- Must be issued by the states Workcover organisation and the organisation logo must be present
- Duration as per licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- All State equivalent licences will be accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

Electrical contractors licence

 If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered
Partnership – the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system
Company name to match that registered
- Duration as per document expiry date
- Colour copy required
- Front and back required
- Must be issued by the states Worksafe organisation and the organisation logo must be present
- All class will be accepted
- All State equivalent licences will be accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

Plumbing and gas fitting licence

If a Sole Trader the name on Licence to match the person registered
Partnership – the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system
Company name to match the Company name registered in the system

For Victorian issued licences, The licence uploaded as evidence of this certification can be accepted if in an individual's name

- Duration as per document expiry date
- Colour copy required
- Front and back required
- Must be issued by the states Worksafe organisation and the organisation logo must be present
- All class will be accepted
- All State equivalent licences will be accepted

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence 

Waste services licence

Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system
Partnership – the name on the Licence to match the Partnership name registered in the system
Company - the name on Licence to match the Company name  registered in the system
- EPA to be listed
- Must be issued by the states Workcover organisation and the organisation logo must be present
- Duration as per licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- All State equivalent licences will be accepted

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
