Cleaner.Certificate II.Cleaning Operations

• Name on certificate to match the applicant name in the system

• Document must be a Certificate 2  in Cleaning Operations

• Actual copy of certificate is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.

• Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on document

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• No expiration required

• Issue date: As listed on the certificate
