Welder.Certificate.Welder (Certified)

OSHA Reference: General Industry 29 CFR 1910.253

  • The training documentation uploaded should be dated within the 6 months and/or current and within 6 months of expiration

  • Acceptable training documentation should include the following:

    • Subject/Topic of the Training
      Instructor Name OR Training Provider Name

    • Employee Name

    • Date

  • Training documentation can be in the form of a:

    • Certificate or equivalent

Issue Date: Date of training completion

Expiry Date: 6 months from date of training completion

 

 

Welder.Certificate.Welder Certification – Arc welding & cutting

  • The training documentation uploaded should be dated within the 6 months and/or current and within 6 months of expiration

  • Acceptable training documentation should include the following:

    • Subject/Topic of the Training
      Instructor Name OR Training Provider Name

    • Employee Name

    • Date

  • Training documentation can be in the form of a:

    • Certificate or equivalent

    • Valid/Current proof of Welder Qualification (e.g.,

    • Ironworkers/AWS National Welding Certification Program)
