Rope.Qualification.IRATA level 1 accreditation	Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable) Certificate or Licence/Card acceptable Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo Documentation must show level 1 accreditation or higher Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible	Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion Expiry date to be entered as 50 years from the issue date (temporary document only valid for 60 days and will say that at the bottom of the document)
