Supply Explosives &/or Dangerous Substances Licence

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on  the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  
  
• Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence paperwork to be listed
• Colour copy required
• Front and back required if actual licence is supplied
• Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
• Must be NSW issued licence paperwork

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed on licence paperwork or enter as yesterdays date
• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence paperwork

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence receipt should match the person registered
• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence receipt should match one of the Partners name registered in the system
• If a Company: the name on *.0the licence receipt should match the companies registered name
• Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence paperwork to be listed
• Must be issued by an Australian Post Shop
• Unique Reference number to be listed

• Issue Date = Date listed on the receipt
