Supply Explosives &/or Dangerous Substances Licence

• If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the person registered

• If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

• If a Company: the name on  the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name
  
  

• Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence paperwork to be listed

• Colour copy required

• Front and back required if actual licence is supplied

• Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

• Must be NSW issued licence paperwork

• Issue Date = Start date if displayed on licence paperwork or enter as yesterdays date

• Expiry Date = as shown on Licence paperwork

Supply Explosives &/or Dangerous Substances Licence – Interim

• Both receipt and original license that is expiring to be uploaded 

• Document for original license matches registered business name

• Receipt has listed – SafeWork NSW D/G-Exp Licence Application

• Unique Reference No is listed    

• Issue Date = Date listed on the receipt

• Expiry Date = 6 Month from expiry date of current licence
