• • Name of inductee must match registering person
  • Position must be completed
  • Contractor Company must be completed
  • WHC Contract Owner or Coordinator email – NOT MANDATORY
  • Must select Primary WHC site  and all sections must be completed.
  • Induction(s) required – must be completed
  • Approval section:
    The contract owner or coordinator needs to be listed, they must sign and date - must be on the approved list: Click here to access the authorised approvers list

If the name is not on the list, Pegasus to check Contractor Company profile and Owner or Coordinator nominated to establish a name match. Pegasus to escalate to site if match cannot be confirmed.  Pegasus staff click here for additional information on performing this check

• • The mechanical or electrical is only required if the role is linked to any mechanical or electrical role.
  • The Manager of Mining engineering (MME) needs to sign for the role 'All Open Cut - Operator'.

NOTE: Gunnedah CHPP does not have a MME – therefore this signature is not required for applicants that have indicated Gunnedah CHPP as their primary WHC site even if the 'All Open Cut - Operator' role has been chosen.
