Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Drivers Licence - Class 1	Applicants name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant name that's registered in Pegasus Date of Birth (DOB) to match applicants DOB in Onsite Class 1 to be listed Must be current Must be issued by NZ Government appointed agency New Zealand Issued licence only are accepted - do not accept international licences Both sides of licence need to be displayed Colour copy OR black and white copy is acceptable	Scanned document to be clearly legible Documentation which has been found to be subject to alterations will not be accepted. Issue Date: As shown on the licence Expiry Date: As shown on the licence
