Insurances:
Example of unacceptable insurances:
- Product Liability - $10,000,000
- Public Liability Policies under $10,000,000
- A Policy where the minimum insured amount is split amongst the different types of cover
E.g. Products Liability $5,000,000 and Public Liability $5,000,000 = $10,000,000.
Examples of acceptable insurances:
- Limit of Liability
- Public Liability $10,000,000
- Public & Products Liability for any one occurrence $10,000,000
- Broadform Liability $10,000,000

NOTE: If the policy is paid on a monthly basis, the document must show when the recent payment was made or when the next payment is due |
