Rail.Apprentice.Apprenticeship & Traineeship (Training Contract) sign up document

An official State/Territory Apprenticeship/Training Plan example must be uploaded.

• The evidence must include all of the following:

• Employer Signature

• Apprentice/Trainee Name & signature

• Employer Details

• Recognised RTO

• Australian Apprentice Support Network Provider

• Award date = Issue date

• Expiry date = 4 years from start date

   

Electrical.Certificate.NSW Supervisor Certificate [electrical]

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must list Supervisor Certificate

• Duration as shown on licence

• Must be issued by NSW Government Authority with corresponding logo shown on licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue and Expiry date to be recorded as per licence

Electrical.Licence.Electrical Licences

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must list Electrical Licence

• Duration as shown on licence

• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority with corresponding logo shown on licence

Concreter.Certificate III.Certificate III in Concreting

• Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.) 

• Document must be a Statement of Attainment

• Issued by an RTO with the Nationally Recognised Training logo

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Alstom will accept superseded certificates:

CPC30320  (Or any previous superseded equivalent course codes shown against the mapping of this course on training.gov.au*)

Concreter.Certificate III.Concrete Sawing and Drilling

• Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.) 

• Document must be a Statement of Attainment

Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.Licence.Refridgerant Handling Licence

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name in the system

• Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC) to be listed

• Must be issued by Arc Tick with corresponding logo shown on licence or a relevant trade licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Only the license copy is accepted; screenshot from the website in not accepted.

• Issue Date = None

• Expiry Date = Date of expiration shown on licence

Certificate.-.Certified Rail Welding Operator ISO 14732

• The worker’s name shown on the document should match the worker’s registered name in Onsite. First name initial and surname is acceptable

• A weld test report must be submitted

• The document will need to mention ISO 14732

• Must show worker as C for competent

• Record date of test as the issue date

• The worker’s name shown on the document should match the worker’s registered name in Onsite. First name initial and surname is acceptable

• A Hedkote welding licence must be submitted

• The Licence class must list Hedkote welding

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• No issue date needed

• Expiry date to be recorded as per licence
