Please upload a Statement of Attainment showing the relevant unit.

The unit of competence should indicate completion of Provide or Apply First Aid.

Due to industry standards, an issue date needs to be added with a 3 year expiry.

Note: 'Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation' can be accepted for this competency but when accepted, a one year expiration should be allocated

You will need to set a 3 year expiry for Provide or apply first aid OR a 1 year expiry for Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Any Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with this unit of competency on scope can issue the qualification.
