• Only the front of the licence is required providing it meets all other verification points
• Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
• Must be an Australian state Government issued licence
• Licence number and expiry date must be displayed
• Scanned document to be clearly legible

Exemption Process:

An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Please click here for the template and business rules.

• Issue Date to be entered as displayed on licence or enter as yesterdays date
• Expiry to be entered as shown on licence

• Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo or RTO number
• Competency unit/qualification codes must match exactly
• Completion date or issue date must be displayed
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
• Document / Certificate / Number must be displayed
• Accepted statement of attainment to contain ALL of the following units as a minimum:

  • UEECO0002

  • UEEHA0004

  • UEECD0011

  • UEEHA0020

  • UEEHA0022 

  • UEEHA0025

  • UEEHA0026 

  • UEEHA0038

• Certificate IV in Hazardous Areas [UEE42611, UEE42620 or UEE42622] will also be accepted.
