Name on photo ID evidence must match the applicants name in the system
If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

NOTE: If the applicants name has been entered as a shortened name EG 'Ben' for 'Benjamin' OR there is a typo in either the applicants name or date of birth in the system entry for this application, Pegasus staff will update the name and / or DOB in the system to match what is displayed on the photo ID evidence

Copy must be clear and legible
Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy
Must be photo ID

Examples of accepted evidence types include:

• Drivers Licences - NZ or International accepted
• Passport - NZ or International accepted

• Ensure Name and Date of Birth (DOB) entered within Onsite matches details displayed on upload form of photo ID
• No Issue or Expiration dates are to be recorded within Onsite
