·         Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

·         Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided

·         RTO must include Unit of Competency in their scope

·         Unit of competency listed on certificate to match the nominated unit within Onsite.  Superseded and equivalent Unit of Competencies are accepted, however must be verified in training.gov.au prior to accepting

·         RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo and Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) logo to be displayed on document

·         Completion date or issue date must be displayed

·         Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate

·         Accepted evidence types:

o   Statement of Attainment (certificate or card)

o   Academic transcript – results must indicate completion / pass result.

o   USI Transcript with relevant Unit of Competency listed

·         Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

·         Must be clear and legible


NOTE:

·         RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document

·         Cards are accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificates, providing they show the relevant unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details

·         NOHSC tickets are not accepted for pant operator Unit of Competency requirement

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate
Expiry Date: 60 days from the date of issue
