• MSIC Card must be issued by an authorised issuing body on behalf of Australian Government

• Name on Card to match registration

• Card to show:

  • Photo

  • Expiry date

  • Holographic sticker

  • Unique identifier

• Colour only

• Proof of renewal will be accepted in the interim for up to four weeks, after which time it will expire and the renewed MSIC Card must be provided. Part B of the Blue MSIC Application form must be signed and dated.

• Issue Date = None

• Expiry Date = Expiry date on licence

  • If renewal receipt, Expiry Date = 4 weeks from date that Part B was signed

Security.Licence.Security Licence

• Applicants name on the document to match the name on the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Accepted form of evidence will be a Security Licence

• Must be issued by the relevant Australian state Government appointed issuing authority

• Must be current

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Record expiry date as shown on the evidence
