System.Safety Management.TAP Project Safety Management Plan

  • Pegasus to only verify that the supplied document is a Safety Management Plan document - Content and quality of documentation to be verified by site

  • Issue Date = Yesterdays Date

  • Expiry Date = 30 years’ from issue date

 

NLR Project Specific Safety Management Plan

 SMS 4801.Safety Management.ISO4801 Certificate

  • Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.

  • Must be certificated AS/NZS 4801 or OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001

  • JAS-ANZ stamp to be present on 4801 - If a certificate is supplied that is a combined 4801 and 18001 there will be NO JAS-ANZ stamp present. This is acceptable.

  • OHSAS 18001 is International and therefore must be issued outside of Australia

From March 12, 2018: ISO 45001 will start to be issued in lieu of OHSAS 18001 

From September 30, 2021: OHSAS 18001 will no longer be accepted - ISO 45001 MUST be supplied

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

 

  • Issue and expiry date as per certification

System.Environmental Management.ISO14001 Certificate

  • List company name to match that registered

  • Duration as per document expiry date

  • Black & White copy acceptable

  • Must have a JAS / ANZ Stamp to be present

  • Will not accept third party or unofficial certificates with declarations that contractors are compliant to standard

  • Issue and expiry date as per certification

 

System.Quality Management.ISO9001 Certificate

  • Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.

  • Must be certificated AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 9001:2016

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue and expiry date as per certification
