Electrical.Govt Licence/Authority.Authorised Service Provider (ASP) Level 1
  • Authorised Service Provider licence to be uploaded
  • Applicant name must be displayed on licence
  • Applicant name must match the name entered into the system
  • Only the front side of the licence needs to be included in the uploaded file
    *registration certificate issued by NSW government is accepted
  • Record the expiry date as it is displayed on the licence
  • If registration letter is uploaded No expiry date required

Electrical.Licence – QLD
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Electrician to be uploaded
  • Full licence or restricted licence accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in QLD
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence

Electrical.Licence.A Grade - ACT
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Electrician to be uploaded
  • Full licence or restricted licence accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in ACT
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence

Electrical.Licence.A Grade - VIC
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Electrician to be uploaded
  • Full licence or restricted licence accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in VIC
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence

Electrical.Licence.A Grade - TAS

Electrical.Licence.A Grade - SA

Electrical.Licence.A Grade – NT

Electrical.Licence.NSW
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Electrician to be uploaded
  • Full licence or restricted licence accepted
  • Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in NSW
  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence



Electrical.Govt Licence/Authority.Authorised Service Provider (ASP) Level 1
  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Authorised Service Provider (ASP) to be uploaded
  • It must not be expired

  • Only the front side is required to be uploaded

  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
  • Must be issued by Ausgrid
      *registration certificate issued by NSW government is accepted

Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence

If registration letter is uploaded No expiry date required


Electrical.Govt Licence/Authority.Authorised Service Provider (ASP) Level 2
  • Applicants name and company must match the displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
  • Licence showing Authorised Service Provider (ASP) to be uploaded
  • It must not be expired

  • Must be issued from a registered RTO or energy provider such as Ausgrid or Endeavour etc.

  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
      *registration certificate issued by NSW government is accepted

Expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is shown on the Licence

If registration letter is uploaded No expiry date required

Company.Induction.Ausgrid Accredited Service Provider LVL2 Authorisation

A Clear Screenshot of Ausgrid Competency in the Pegasus system. It must show: 

  • Name & Surname of the contractor as recorded in onsite
  • Ausgrid/Pegasus logo 
  • Fully compliant role ASP LVL 2
  • Expiry date of the role shown in the screenshot


Ausgrid Card is accepted. It must show:

  • Ausgrid Authorisation Level
  • Class Authorised
  • Contractors Name
  • Expiry Date
  • Company AUP # (back side of the card)

Record the date within Onsite:

Issue date = If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date

Expiry date = as stated on the card or screenshot





Company.Induction.Ausgrid Accredited Service Provider LVL1 Authorisation

A Clear Screenshot of Ausgrid Competency in the Pegasus system. It must show: 

  • Name & Surname of the contractor as recorded in onsite
  • Ausgrid/Pegasus logo 
  • Fully compliant role ASP LVL 1
  • Expiry date of the role shown in the screenshot


Ausgrid Card is accepted. It must show:

  • Ausgrid Authorisation Level
  • Class Authorised
  • Contractors Name
  • Expiry Date
  • Company AUP # (back side of the card)

Record the date within Onsite:

  • The applicants name shown on this statement of attainment needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Must be delivered by TasNetworks
  • Must display Instructed Person or Instructed Person Refresher
  • Issue date recorded as per the certificate
  • Expiry date – two years from issue date

Electrical.Trained.TasNetworks - Person In Charge
  • The applicants name shown on this statement of attainment needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Must be delivered by TasNetworks
  • Must display Instructed Person in Charge or Person in Charge Refresher
  • Expiry and issue date recorded as per the certificate
Electrical.Trained.TasNetworks - Level 1 & 2
  • The applicants name shown on this statement of attainment needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Must be delivered by TasNetworks


  • Must display Level 1 & 2 or Level 1 & 2 Refresher
  • Expiry and issue date recorded as per the certificate

  • Applicants name to be shown on document
  • Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
  • Please note; the certified document that has been issued by the Registered Training Organisation (RTO)** must meet the following requirements to be approved:
    • RTO Name, Code and Logo
    • Name of Applicant
    • Units of competency code and name, date completed
    • Date certificate issued
    • Authorised person name or title (does not necessarily need a signature)
    • Issuing organisation’s logo / corporate identifier / unique watermark and / or document or certificate number
    • Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) Logo (For a Statement of Attainment only - Not Card)
    • There is no expiry date on a Statement of Attainment or Transcript. **RTO registration must only have been current at the time of training completion / awarding the document
    • Document verifier to ensure the Issue of this document is an RTO.

NOTE: Cards are accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificates providing they show the relevant statement of attainment unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details

NOTE: Temporary / Interim statement of attainment evidence or letters indicating they are for temporary issue until statement of attainment certificate is provided to applicant is acceptable for a period of 4 weeks only from the date of the training being complete which should be indicated on the letter providing it has been issued by an RTO and indicates completion of a nationally recognised unit code

  • Must list 'Spotter Registration Certificate'
  • Must be issued by Energy Safe Victoria
  • Must show the Energy Safe Victoria logo
  • Issue date to be recorded as per certificate / card
  • Expiry = 3 years from Issue Date
 
Electrical.Certificate.Electrical Safety in Water Industry
  • Applicants name on document to match applicants name in Onsite (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
  • Document WTR-TR-601B – Electrical Safety Training- Competency Assessment to be attached
  • The Issue date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of assessment 
 
Electrical.Trade.Electrical Fitter (Instruments)
  •  Name on certificate to match the person registered
  • Certificate in Electrical Fitter (Instruments) to be listed
  • Black and white or colour acceptable

  • Must be clearly scanned and legible

  • Issue date to be recorded

  • No Expiry

  • Issue Date = Date of completion
  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

Electrical.Certificate III.UET30812 - Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Cable Jointing

    Applicants name to be shown on documentation
