- Must be a degree
- Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logo
- Black and white or colour acceptable
- Must be clearly scanned and legible
- Issue date to be recorded
- Documents can be either Australian or International
- Documents usually have multiple ignatures from either the president of the university / chancellor / vice-chancellor / secretary to the council
- Documents usually bear the institutes logo or seal
