Drivers Licence Class C - Car	Name on licence to match the name registered in the system Photo to match person Class C to be listed Must be current Must be issued by state authority Australian Licences only - do not accept international licences Only require front of licence as mandatory Must be in colour Scanned document to be clearly legible Driver licence receipt showing relevant class can be accepted with a validity recorded as indicated on this form temporary evidence	Only expiry date to be recorded
