Competency Requirements

Upload Requirements

Photo must be of the registered applicant
Photo must display head and shoulders of applicant and show their face is clearly visible.
Photo must not be excessively cropped prior to upload
Photo cannot be a photo that has been taken of another photo – Must be copy of original image.
Photo must be in colour - Black and white not accepted
Applicant cannot be wearing hat in image
Applicant cannot be wearing sunglasses on face – On head is accepted as it does not obstruct view of applicant’s features.
Glasses with clear lenses can be accepted in image if the eyes are clearly visible.
Image of applicant must not include other people or any form of documentation – Background should be clear / plain
Photo in car or photo outside is accepted if you can clearly see applicant's features, they’re front on to the camera and the background is clear of other people, signage, documentation etc
