Pipeline Corridor and Access

This competency must be completed PRIOR to accessing the corridor or jetty area. Refer to your supervisor or Yara responsible person if you require this training

  • Participant details to match applicant
  • Status must be 'Passed'
  • Issue date = Use the date of completion / pass
    Expiry date = 2 years from issue 

Yara Dragger PAC7000 Gas DetectorThis competency may be completed after commencement of employment but PRIOR to working with a Permit
  • Participant details to match applicant
  • Status must be 'Passed' 
  • Issue date = Use the date of completion / pass

Yara Dragger x-AM5000 Gas DetectorThis competency may be completed after commencement of employment but PRIOR to working with a Permit
  • Participant details to match applicant
  • Status must be 'Passed' 
  • Issue date = Use the date of completion / pass

Gas Test Atmospheres
  • Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
  • Document must be a Statement of Attainment
  • Statement of Attainment must show Gas Test Atmospheres to be listed
  • Competency unit/qualification code must match exactly
  • Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
Note: If a card is supplied there must be a copy of the front and back displaying the units of competency, person's name, issue date as above and must be issued by an RTO.
  • Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion
  • Expiry date to be entered 3 years from the issue date

Yara Ammonia Pipeline Corridor & Jetty EssentialsThis competency may be completed after commencement of employment but must be completed PRIOR to accessing the corridor or jetty area
  • Participant details to match applicant
  • Status must be 'Passed' 
Issue date = Use the date of completion / pass
Expiry date = 2 years from issue

Compressed Gas Cylinder (INT013)
  • All assessment pages within upload
  • Yara Pilbara Training Assessment with matching internal course competency and code
  • Participant Details to match applicants profile

Note: Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as: "Chris" instead of "Christopher" & "Wil" instead of "William". 

Note: If the name is not clear or cannot be confirmed the Yara ID number &/or Company Name may be used to verify identity

  • Applicant's signature and signed date
  • Authorised Assessor's complete name and signature and date
  • Must show that the person is deemed competent 
Issue date = Use the date of assessment
Collection of Routine water samples (INT030)
  • Yara Pilbara Training Attendance form [TRG-YP-FRM-125-02] with matching internal course competency and code
  • Participant Details to match applicants profile

Note: Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as: "Chris" instead of "Christopher" & "Wil" instead of "William“

Note: if the name is not clear or cannot be confirmed the Yara ID number &/or Company Name may be used to verify identity

  • Course title to be listed on certificate - 'Tube Fitting Installation and Bending'
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion
  • Expiry date to be entered as displayed on certificate if displayed
