To be deemed valid the request shall be:

  • For a 6 month transition period Yara Pilbara will accept the following as evidence of training completed prior to May 2023

    1. Shall be on Yara issued placeholder certificate
    2. Course Code and Title to match 
    3. Participant details to match applicant

    5. Issue date: Use date of issue

    • Document must be a Statement of Attainment
    • Statement of Attainment must show Gas Test Atmospheres to be listed
    • Competency unit/qualification code must match exactly
    • Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
    • Black and white or colour is acceptable
    • Scanned document to be clearly legible
    Note: If a card is supplied there must be a copy of the front and back displaying the units of competency, person's name, issue date as above and must be issued by an RTO.
