  • Asset details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model)
  • Correct Plant Inspection Checklist form must used.

  • All mandatory requirements boxes must be ticked ticked off.
  • If not completed comments section must detail why completion could not be achieved.
  • Contractor/Supplier Signature boxes must be completed, signed and dated.                                                                                                                            
  • Acceptance by Lendlease site personnel via Pegasus App indicates acceptance of Plant Inspection Form.
  • Issue Date = As per report
  • Expiry Date = 12 months
