Photo Identification


This Competency rule was last updated by Woolworth's on 1.4.2020

  • Name on form of Photo ID must match the name entered in Onsite
  • Date of Birth must match the name entered entered in Onsite
  • Photo of Applicant must match applicant photo in Onsite - Pegasus Staff ONLY: CLICK HERE for additional information about this before verifying file.
  • If International ID is not in English you will also need to upload an official translation document provided by a professional authorised translator  - An authorised translator can be found by searching the NAATI Database: NAATI - National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters Ltd

Examples of accepted forms of Photo ID:

1.                 Australian or International Passport  OR

2.                 Australian or International Drivers Licence OR

3.                 Australia Post Keypass ID OR

54                 Australian State and Territory issued identity photo cards** 

NOTE: APPLICANTS YOUNGER THAN PHOTO ID AGE

Some employers have employees that are younger than the state-based age requirements to obtain a proof of id card

In this situation, we will accept a passport, student identification card OR birth certificate - this in lieu of the proof of ID card which will also need to come with a Stat Dec that identifies that the individual is who they say they are before it is accepted.

  • ID must be uploaded in color
  • ID must be Valid (date must be current)
  • f the ID uploaded is not valid - one of the other 3 forms of acceptable identification will be required to be uploaded.
  • BOTH sides of drivers licences must be displayed within the uploaded file.

For all other forms of evidence, only the front of the card needs to be displayed

  • The address shown on the ID (if shown) needs to match the applicants address in Onsite (If Australian issued ID is uploaded)


The expiry date is to be recorded as one of the following (whichever date is the soonest):

  • The date of expiry which is shown on the uploaded evidence OR;
  • The date which is calculated to be 2 years from the booking submission date
