Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Must be a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation logo must be present

·         Must be an Australian state government issued licence

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Asbestos Removal Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Asbestos Removal (with relevant class) to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Certificate can be accepted in lieu of licence

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation logo must be present

·         Must be an Australian state Government issued licence

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Building Licence - Major Works Contract

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Building Contractor to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

·         Must be a relevant state government authority

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Supply Explosives &/or Dangerous Substances Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence paperwork should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence paperwork should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence paperwork should match the companies registered name

·         Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence paperwork to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

·         Must be NSW issued licence paperwork

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed on licence paperwork or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence paperwork

Demolition Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Demolition Licence (Showing Demolition OR Restricted Demolition) to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant Australian State Government appointed organisation

Acceptable type/s of evidence:

·         Licence card (both sides) OR

·         Paper 'licence' or permit OR

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Electrical Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Electrical Contractor to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

·         All class will be accepted

·         Must be an Australian state Government issued licence

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Plumbing & Gas Fitting Licence

·         The name on Licence should match the person registered

·         Plumber & Drainer or Plumber & Gasfitter to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

·         Must be an Australian State Government issued licence

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or leave blank

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence

Waste Services Licence

·         If a Sole Trader: the name on Licence should match the person registered

·         If a Partnership: the name on the Licence should match one of the Partners name registered in the system

·         If a Company: the name on the licence should match the companies registered name

·         Waste Management Licence to be listed

·         Black and white OR Colour copy required

·         Only Front side of licence required providing all other information is displayed

·         Must be issued by the relevant state Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present

·         Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date

·         Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
