  • Dangerous goods to be listed
  • Must be issued by State Government body
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour acceptable
  • Must be clearly scanned and legible
  • Issue date: As listed on the Licence (if shown)
  • Expiry Date: As listed on the licence
