System.Safety Management.ISO9001 Accreditation

  • Business Name on Certification to match the organisation registered. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the ABN or business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage.
  • Must be certificated AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 or 9001:2015
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue and expiry date as per certification

List company name to match that registered
- Duration as per document expiry date
- Black & White copy acceptable
- Must have a JAS / ANZ Stamp to be present
- Will not accept third party or unofficial certificates with declarations that contractors are compliant to standard
  • Issue and expiry date as per certification

  • Must be certificated AS/NZS 4801 or OHSAS 18001
  • JAS-ANZ stamp to be present on 4801
  • OHSAS 18001 is International and therefore must be issued outside of Australia

From March 12, 2018: ISO 45001 will start to be issued in lieu of OHSAS 18001 

From March 12, 2021: OHSAS18001 will no longer be accepted - ISO 45001 MUST be supplied

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue and expiry date as per certification

System.Contractor Management.Building Code Declaration Using the downloadable document available, applicants are to complete the Building Code Declaration form and load it into the system.

  • When the applicant loads the document, they will be required to enter an 'Issued From' and 'To' Date. We recommend that you set your 'Issued From' date as today's date and your 'Issued To' date as a date 2 years from now.

  • This declaration will be sent to John Holland for validation. Validation can take up to 48 hours and during this time the company will remain in a 'submitted' state and they will be unable to book training for their employees.
  • Once the Building Code Declaration has been validated, the company will receive an email notification to confirm the approval and they will then be able to book employees in for training

Note: Employees will not appear available for training until their RIW registration is complete
