Mt Arthur Coal Business Rules | Proof of ID

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• Drivers Licence (showing any Class) be uploaded
• Must be current / in date
• Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority From any state or territory in Australia
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
• Temporary paper licence issued from a Government Authority can be accepted for 30 days from date of issue. The payment receipt is not accepted.

• Issue Date: Not required to be entered in Onsite
• Expiry Date: As it is displayed on Drivers Licence

• Australian Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
• Valid Australian passport AND Utilities bill (Which provides applicants residential address) to be uploaded
  
• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Valid passport AND Utilities bill (Which provides applicants residential address) AND valid work Visa to be uploaded
• Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Expiry Date: As it is displayed on the Passport

• Valid Proof of Age card AND Utilities bill (Which provides applicants residential address) to be uploaded
• Must be issued by relevant State Government Authority
• A current utility Bill with current residential address
• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted
