Safety.Govt Licence/Authority.Maritime Security MSIC Card
  • Applicants name on the licence must match name in the system (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
  • The required evidence will be a Maritime Security MSIC Card
  • Only the front side needs to be included in the upload
  • Issue Date: Not Required
  • Expiry Date: As displayed on the licence (if shown)

NOTE: The licence will only show a month and year. Use the last date of the month as the expiry date.

Example: Aug 2022 on card. Input 31-Aug-2022 as the expiry date.


If the expiry has not been shown on card: the supplier-input expiry should be accepted as the expiry date

Generic.-.National Firearms Agreement
  • Name on Licence to match the person registered
  • Firearm to be listed
  • Must be issued by relevant Government Authority
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Expiry date to be recorded

  • A COMPANY security licence in WA is known as an 'AGENT' licence.
  • A COMPANY security licence will never be issued in the company name; only the name of an individual who has been appointed to represent the company; this is regardless of company structure
  • Security Licence to be listed
  • Colour copy required
  • Front and back required
  • Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation and the organisation logo must be present
  • Must be WA issued licence
  • Criminal background check (police background or criminal background is sufficient)
  • HR & VPSHR Training Module (available upon request)
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on Licence
