Site.Certificate.ISO 9712:1999 - Non-destructive testing | - Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Certificate to show recognition of Non-Destructive Testing (also referred to as ISO 9712) with 'Level 1' being explicitly nominated.
- Evidence must be issued by either AINDT or PCN
- Completion date or issue date must be displayed
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
Exemption Process: An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor.
