Competency Competency Requirements Upload RequirementsExamples

Flange Integrity Level 2

  • Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
  • Certificate must indicate completion of Flange Integrity Level 2
  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

Exemption Process:

An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an  employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Yara Employee applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Department Manager. Contractor applications for training exemptions shall be approved by the relevant Yara Responsible Person.

To be deemed valid the request shall be:

  1. Documented on Yara’s Training & Competency Exemption Form [TRG-YP-FRM-125-09]
  2. Participant details to match applicant
  3. Course Code and Title to match
  4. Shall be ‘approved’
  5. Issue date: Use date of issue
  6. Expire date: As listed on the form
  7. Shall have approver role, name and signature.

  • No expiry

Process Operator YPF Field 1 Step 1 (COM001)

This competency forms part of the Process Operator Training Program to become a competent and skilled process operator across the areas of the relevant plant

  • All assessment pages within upload
  • Yara Pilbara Training Assessment with matching internal course competency and code
  • Participant Details on each page of assessment to match applicants profile.

Note: Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as: "Chris" instead of "Christopher" & "Wil" instead of "William“
Note: if the name is not clear or cannot be confirmed the Yara ID number &/or Company Name may be used to verify identity

  • Applicant’s name, signature and signed date
  • Superintendents complete name and signature and date
  • Assessor must have signed off against each line entry

Note: It is acceptable for N/A entries where training is no longer applicable
Note: It is acceptable for ditto marks (``) or similar markings to be used when signing off multiple line entries
