This is a free text field but ideally the medical expiry date will be entered in the following format: DD/MM/YYYY
This date must align to the date shown on actual medical documentation and must be future dated / current. Applications will be returned if a past date is entered.
Copies of actual medical documentation should not be uploaded / stored in this system

When processing the submitted application, the verification team will use the input expiry date information to assign a site-based competency titled: Medical.Certificate.QAL/RTAY/BSL (3 Site Medical) Compliant Medical to the workers profile.

Rio Tinto site contacts may ask to see copies of supporting documentation on site.
