Manager approval required to be shown
Black and white or colour copy can be accepted
If applicants have ticked 'yes' to signing onto a Schindler SWMS, they only need to upload the first page (which still needs to be signed)

Date of issue / date of signing on document to be recorded as Issue date within Onsite
Date 1 year from signing to be recorded as expiry date within Onsite

System.Safety Management.WHSE Management Plan	Company may use Schindler template or own company template Date field to be complete For the Schindler Template - Managing Director or Project Managers signatures are required to be shown For Companies own template - signature is not required Names of companies own documents: Safety Plan, OHSE Management Plan and Manual, Site safety plan Black and white or colour copy can be accepted	Date of signing on document to be recorded as Issue date within Onsite This certification does not expire however for the purpose of Onsite entry, please enter the date which is calculated to be 30 years from the issue date
