| Confined Space Awareness | - Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
- Recognised Training Organisation name to be displayed on document
- Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
NOTE: No unit code is required to be displayed on certificate - Certificate will show completion of confined space awareness
- Document / Certificate Number must be shown on the certificate
- Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
- Must be clear and legible

- No expiry date for this competency
