Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system Partnership – the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system Company - the name on Licence to match either the Company name or can also be in an individual’s name | - Issue Date = As per licence if listed otherwise yesterdays date

- Company Licence (can be an individual flagged as a representative of the company)
- Must be current
- Must show both sides
- Must display 'Electrical Contractor'
- Must be issued by Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) and display the Energy Safe Victoria logo
- Must be a full licence (no restrictions)
