Generic.Trained.Fire Extinguisher Training
  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Certificate must have listed:

    • Use of Portable Firefighting Equipment OR
    • First Attack Fire Fighting Training
  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Name and / or signature of issuer

  • Issue date to be recorded as the date of training completion
  • Expiry is 12 months from issue date
Generic.Trained.Fire Warden Training (inc Fire Extinguisher)
  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
  • Certificate must have listed:

    • Fire Warden Training and Use of Portable Firefighting Equipment
  • OR

    • First Attack Fire Fighting Training

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Name and / or signature of issuer

  • Issue date to be recorded as the date of training completion
  • Expiry is 12 months from issue date
Fire Fighting.Certificate.Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005A)
  • The applicants name shown on this certificate needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment (CPPFES2005A) to be listed on certificate
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded for this competency
  • The Issue date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of completion shown on the certificate
