- Full licence or restricted licence accepted
- Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in NSW
- Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

- The matching competency code needs to be shown
- Statement of Attainment must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)
- No expiry date is required for this competency upload.
