• Applicants name to be displayed on the document
• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted
• Rail Safety awareness card issued by SA Government to be uploaded
• Only the front of the card is required to be shown
• Black and white or colour copy is accepted

• Issue date = 5 years prior to the expiration date shown on the card
• Expiry date = none (despite being shown on the card)

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document
• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

Please upload, to the relevant competency, a certificate issued by one of MTM’s authorised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providers:

• Metro Academy
• Centre for Excellence in Rail Training (CERT)
• John Holland Group
• The Instruction Company
• Skilled Rail Services

Relevant competencies are:

• Track Safety Awareness MTM Level 1
• TLIF2080A Safely access the rail corridor
• TLIF2080B Safely access the rail corridor
• TLIF2080C Safely access the rail corridor
• MTM - Train Track Safety Awareness

• A Metro Track Protection card cannot be used for any grouped competency.

The full TTSA training course provided by authorised RTO will provide participants:

• Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080, and
• Certificate for MTM Safely and Environmental Induction

Where someone already has a TLIF2080 issued by any RTO, applicants will need to complete the Metro Contractor Safety Induction Recertification. The course will provide participants certificates for:

• Metro Contractor Safety Induction recertification
• MTM Safely and Environmental Induction

• Expiry date = none

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document
• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document
• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted
• Statement of Attainment showing Track Safety Awareness / Safely Access the Rail Corridor (TLIF2080A, B or C) to be uploaded. We can also accept RISI/ NTSA /TSA/ Train Track Safety Awareness (Victoria) - Statement of Attainment (preferred) or Card (both sides scanned) Issued by a registered training organisation.
• Please note only certain versions of the Railcorp RISI card are accepted.
• Note: RailCorp Rail Safety Gold Card will not be accepted. Original Statement of Attainment required

• Expiry date = none

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document
• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted
• A certificate of achievement from one of Queensland Rails approved training organisations should be uploaded -  A list of training organisations can be found at: https://www.queenslandrail.com.au/forbusiness/contractors

• Metro Academy Statement of Attendance showing: QR129103 Safely Access the Rail Corridor Course
• Queensland Rail Certificate of Achievement showing: Safely Access the Rail Corridor (SARC)
• John Holland Rail Track Safety Awareness Card showing: Rail Track Safety Awareness
• John Holland Certificate of Attendance showing: Queensland Rail’s SARC

Note: A CERT Trackside Protection card cannot be accepted.

• Expiry date = 3 years from the date of completion

Evidence accepted for this competency are:

• TfNSW issued RISI or Gold Card are accepted
• Letter showing: Receipt Acknowledgement with RISI Card inset
• Cards issued by approved RTOs showing Rail Industry Safety Induction

• Expiry date = none (despite the card showing an expiration date)

• Applicants name must be displayed on the document

• Statement of attainment must list 'Safely access the rail corridor' and the associated unit of competency code (TLIF2080 (With A,B or C at the end also accepted)
• All Statements of Attainment documents (Except when issued from TFNSW directly) from approved registered training organisations (Issued from a particular date) must have the statement “This Statement of Attainment is issued on the basis of the training material provided in accordance with the Training Material licenced by TfNSW.” on the certificate.
  **The Statement of Attainment is required to have the TfNSW specific statement written on the certificate from the 1 January 2016.
  Note: A Certificate of achievement with this paragraph listed is not acceptable (even if accompanied by a statement of attainment for safely acecss the rail corridor) - The paragraph must be on the statement of attainment

• Southern Cross Rail Training – cannot accept a qualification issued between 30/05/2014 and 20/1/2016

• This competency is for people who have already received a Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080 Safely Access the Rail Corridor, from a non-approved RTO.

Pegasus Employees - Additional Competency Verification Information: Pegasus Internal Procedures | Operator Specific | TFNSW

• Please upload a RISI gap assessment (certificate of completion) from an approved registered training organisation WITH a copy of your original Statement of Attainment showing TLIF2080 is required
• Issue date = date of completion shown on evidence
• Expiry date = none (despite the evidence showing an expiration date)

• Applicants name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence
  
  If issued by a training organisation outside of Pgeasus:
• Statement Of Attainment must be issued by a RTO and includes Nationally Recognised Training logo
• Must be a current Statement of Attainment, showing TLIF2080 (A,B,C) Safely Access the Rail Corridor
• Must have date of completion that is less than 2 years ago
  
  If issued by Pegasus:
• Online Course Completion Certificate will be issued
• Certificate will show V/Line logo
• Safely Access the Rail Corridor Assessment will be listed as course (with version and event ID details)
• 'Pass' should be indicated as exam result
• Must have date of completion that is less than 2 years ago

NOTE: Safeworking roles or Higher qualifications are not accepted for this competency (ie Certificate of achievement train track safety awareness, Lookout, Handsignaller,Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.1,Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.2, Track Force Protection Coordinator 3.3)
