- Name on certificate to match the name in the system
- Completion date or issue date must be displayed
- Qualifications and associated level to be listed
- Document / Certificate Number
- No expiry date
- For overseas qualifications to be accepted they need to be accompanied by a letter from an Australian RTO recognizing the qualification
