- The Protection Officer Mentor Application – Supervisor Declaration form is downloaded from the Onsite Portal when applying for the role and signed by your supervisor.
| - Upload a completed copy of your The Protection Officer Mentor Application – Supervisor Declaration.
- The supervisor declaration is to be signed by your supervisor for confirmation of roles and qualifications.
- Once you have submitted all of the required files please ‘Apply for Assessment’ and select the assessor, QR Mentor from the drop down list.
