- Evidence must state completion of either:
- Chemical / Hazardous Substance Awareness; OR
- eCircle of Safety; OR
- Jasol Chemical Handling and Hazard Awareness Training
- Must be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or EcoLab for eCircle of Safety
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
| - Issue date to be recorded as shown on the evidence
- Expiry: 2 years from the issue date on the evidence

| Working at Height.Certificate.Work at Heights Awareness | - Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
- Must be issued by a Registered Training Organisation
- Black and white or color is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible

- Expiry date to be entered as 2 years from the issue
